I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. Melted the plastic off the arm and they were my favourite pair! While shopping in the Real Canadian Superstore, I mentioned my blunder. They fixed them free by using a pair that had been donated!
