Awesome service. Receptionist was super nice and understanding told me it was a 90 minute wait and the driver was here within half an hour. Driver was professional and nice and safe. Took me to my destination with no issues! Great service and great customer service!
Horrible towing company I have a 1995 Toyota Supra that has lots of money invested and very hard to find parts for, their driver destroyed my front bumper and scratched my $10,000 rims then drove down 17th Ave. when it was construction hitting bumps at a higher speed, I was following behind him watching my car bounce around side to side on his flat deck then I called to see what they were going to do about my bumper And I believe the fella named Andrew said he’s not gonna do nothing
When I first called AAA around midnight this morning. My phone died on the 2nd call just as we were getting information for a tow. Finally on my 3rd call I spoke to Olivia again who was so kind and helpful. She told me that Justin will be on his way in about 45 min. My tow was going to Okotoks. Justin arrived and was so nice and willing to help out. Very pleasant and professional despite the early hours. Both Justin and Olivia made a bad situation much easier to deal with. Thanks!
Sorry late with the review, this happened a month back but I was stranded on the side of deerfoot with a flat tire in the far left lane. I hadn't yet called for a tow when AAA came up behind and using their truck #424 as a blocker helped guide me over to the right shoulder off of the road. They then towed me home as the boyfriend had the wheel lock in the garage. Truck was the cleanest I have ever been in and service was great. Thank-you for saving me.
When my car died and I was stranded at 11pm on the edge of the city in a storm I called them. Girl on the phone was very nice, told me there was an rcmp call out that had to take priority and it would be longer to get to me, when she heard how distraught I was she told me to hang on a sec. A driver who was about to go home for the night agreed to come get me and my car when he didn't have to. Was very kind of them.
one of the mechanics at AAA (mark guidolin) offered to fix a gasket on my car. he tore my engine completely apart, took me for $1500 and i've never seen him again. this company will never touch a vehicle of mine again
I wanted to reach out and note that you have an incredible employee on your team. On Jan 3rd around 9pm Dan stopped to help us change my flat tire in -27 near Black Diamond. It would have taken us much longer without his help. In this day & age not many people stop to help anyone on the side of the road on such a cold night. Great service. Brought me a truck from Calgary to Edmonton. On time damage free delivery, driver helped push unit into position in shop by hand. Price was good and I would use them again if necessary.
Worst company ever I have esso auto club and when my car breaks down esso calls these guys 3 times I've had to wait their approximate wait time of 1-2 hours and then wait another 30 minutes to 1.5 hours on top of that
