I brought my one year old dog in with an allergic reaction and after going home his condition worsened. When I called the next day Dr. Karagic came in early to see him and ensured that all of the questions that I had were answered and that Willy had what he needed to fully recover. Arrived at 11:56 for a 12:00 appointment. Assistant first came in at 12:20 to let us know vet was running behind. It is now 12:25. Not impressed with the customer service.
