Beware when you buy extended warranty. I bought all my new home appliances with 4 years extended warranty. I called customer service as my dishwasher is not working. The technician came and fix the issue within 5 minutes but they send me invoice $175 with notes that the problem not covered in the extended warranty. This is disgusting things about Ashley. What is the meaning of extended warranty if they charged for it. Don't trust on sales guy, they mislead you every time.

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is and that goes for the deals at Ashley Furniture. The best part of the experience was the delivery and that's not saying much. First of all, like many of the reviewers, I went to the store without the view that I would really purchase. I was lured in with what seemed like a great, too good to be true 6 piece bedroom set. Dont bother phoning for info, they merely direct you to the website which has no prices and 1000s of products they cant get, so is a waste of time. In the store, the price depends on the salesperson. Basically, its difficult to get a price. But, it's one of the better low priced furniture stores.
