went to see TRAN for having my hair extensions re-adjusted. She did an absolute horrible job. The hair was put back in uneven and has gaps throughout it....which she tried to hide with curls. I went back in the next day and instead of doing what was asked...putting it back to the way it was.....she made a bigger mess. I would NOT recommend going to her as she has no clue what she is doing....and during the second appt informed me she is very inexperienced. Chatters should not be allowing this

Asked for 1/4 inch off and got horrible layers that I didn’t ask for. I arrived with extra long hair and left with my hair curled short to my shoulders. It was terrible. I ended up getting a refund, but they never admitted to doing anything wrong.

the business is great, but the YP App has it pinned wrong. it's on the east side of Symons Valley Rd, in the same parking lot as the Co-Op Gas Bar.
