Country Auto Sales & Service

The car we purchased was advertised with features that were not included. They promised they would get them installed and now seem to avoid us at all costs and give us the runaround. We have been trying to get something they advertised and promised for 3 months and still no result. I have spoken to them about 8 -10 times and it's always the same story. " We will get it done right away" and they always have some excuse like the guy we normally get is not answering the phone. It is getting sad.

Poor quality cars, service and staff. Observed the owner (Jim) tell people he's a mechanic and knows the cars he sells. Meanwhile some vehicles didn't even have working seat belts... literally any other car dealer is a safer bet!

FORD FOCUS 2013 TITANIUM

Let me start by saying, i am pretty contented with my dream car, that was just delivered to my physical address very recently. I applied for car financing on line, got some responses from dealerships, but Country Auto Sales and Service seemed destined to take care of m financing needs, hence this is my first time to buy a car thru online. Justin B., in SALES and Cali S. in FINANCE , are both committed and professional enough to make my experience a positive one.

Will never deal with them again

We had an ok experience with buying our two cars from country auto sales but the service once they are sold is a joke. within a day or two of buying the cars we noticed a few problems including tire leaks on new tires ther put on bad brakes that were apparently done before purchase a bad windshield washer pump which they would not doanything about and a egr valve that went and they wont fix it either. There warrenty is a joke and you would think that in the first few days they would fix any problem but this is not the case. There is also one salesman which luckily we did not have to deal with is very rude and even smokes in the office. i would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
