Over charged for the assessment $75. Their quotes are too high. Not so helpful tech and customer service over the phone are rude. Definitely not recommending to my friends and family.

Excellent service, tech was very helpful & knowledgable!
After fixing my garage, the field rep thought it wise to place a large sticker on the wall inside the garage. In trying to get it off, there was damage to the wall finishing. This was reported to their manager -just as arrogant in responding to me -no courtesy of an apology, gave me the excuse that it was to help with contacting them in the future. While he offered to fix the damaged wall, it was such a rude offer, turned it down. Certainly don’t want them anywhere in my house.Will not recommend

We called around 12:40 to have our garage door fixed and it was fixed before 2:00 - the technician was friendly, effecient and knowledgeable. We really appreciated how quickly we were able to have our door fixed.

Service was sched...
Service was scheduled when it was convenient for me. Service tech showed up within the allotted time. Darren was very pleasant and knowledgeable about their products and finished the service quickly. I will use Creative Doors again when I need servicing done on my garage door.
