Well I can't deny that the staff at Two Clean Car Cleaning do a great job detailing vehicles, their customer service is very poor and the owner is a crook...
After I pre-purchased a years worth of detailing for my vehicle, they made it almost impossible to schedule an appointment and when able to get in for a cleaning, required it in early am and left for a minimum of 4 hours.
Each visit I was met with never ending complaints about cleaning my vehicle, suggesting no money was made, when in fact it was the companies "car club" promotion to pre sell the 12 cleans.
The owner repeatedly complained that he was too busy (using tax payers dollars) cleaning police vehicles and charging $300+ a pop vs. what he was making on mine.
When I suggested that he didn't seem interested in my business and perhaps it was best for both if my remaining cleans were refunded, I was met with the following response "Since you can't leave the hardest working staff a tip. Even at Christmas. (Aside from the fact I couldn't even get my car in at Christmas!!) You are correct, I am not interested." Then refused to refund my money and not provide the car cleaning service to me that was paid for.
I strongly suggest that consumer stay away from this organization and poor businessman. There are other companies out there much more deserving, who don't "Expect" a tip for poor customer services and a bad attitude!!
When I first called I kind of knew. Do not know any businesses that answer phone with out saying the businesses name. Just Hello!
Then it got worse. I had a Gift Certificate that was purchased through one of the promotion companies out there worth $100. On the certificate it did not have an expiry date. So waited until we really needed to use it. When I asked about the GC the man explained they will not honour it as it was three seasons ago and he did not make any money off that specific marketing event he did. First off, dont' tell a potential client that. Secondly, if it does not outline that on your documentation, then it is your error and you should honour. Weather you made money on it or not. The man should have explained the situation and said, even though I will lose money I will honour as it is the right thing to do. If you deliver good service you will get repeat business and referrals and it will be a positive situation. Instead you anger some one as they spent there hard earned money on your GC and now it is wasted. It is so true, when someone is unhappy they will go out of there way to tell as many people about there experience. I would hate to have a problem with my vehicle after a service from them and expect them to do the right thing. Glad I never did go there. everything happens for a reason. Best to stick to a bigger name company I think.
I bought a payment card which is really good value, I have had my car cleaned twice and both times it was like a new car. Very good efficient polite service.

I had the same experience with the 'pay up front' gimmic. They ONLY clean when THEY want to ... if you are unable to make it there every month (when it works for THEM) and you miss due to, say, vacation, death in the family, business obligations ... TOUGH. You never get a second chance.
STAY CLEAR.

Talk about a place that deliver's what you pay for. I took my car into see Steve and he made it look like I just drove it off the lot.
Great people and great service. I would highly recommend
