Within her own health journey Dr. Casey Kohlman developed an understanding that the mind and body need to be in balance. This led her further down her own career path as she became drawn to study the philosophies and foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture at the Alberta College of Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Casey Kohlman joined Ananta Health in 2014 and has become the lead acupuncturist. Since joining Ananta Health she embraced the opportunity to train in BioMeridian assessment, supplement consulting, Autonomic Response Testing (ART) and Family Constellations in which she currently specializes. She uses her multi-disciplinary approach to treating a multitude of ailments such as stress, anxiety, depression, sports injuries, pain conditions, hormonal and menstrual health issues, as well as stomach and gastrointestinal disturbances by looking at what is causing the imbalance in the patient’s body, and approaching this root cause.

For each patient encounter Dr. Casey Kohlman uses her resourcefulness within a multitude of techniques to tailor a specific treatment that is vital at that moment. We know that everyone’s body is different. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healthcare, which is why treat each patient as an individual.     I suffer from bad migraines (enough to contemplate moving away from Calgary “Chinook Migraines”. With all the articles lately of issues with ibuprofen & acetaminophen that it scares me to take them. I decided to try Acupuncture & was able to get in with Dr. Kohlman. It was amazing. Combined that with their Chinese Herbs Head Relief & it definitely helps! I’ve also started with her consultations for health and dealing with things as I can, and have been noticing a huge difference!

    I went and saw Dr. Kohlman for some acupuncture to deal with some sciatic issues. I definitely recommend her services. I feel so much better. I gotta say, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m definitely happy that I went.
