When I want to get a Physicians medical statements regarding getting accommodations at my work. I mentioned about my mental health conditions regarding my accommodations, All he did was kept interrogating, intimidating me about it and asking ackward questions about it. It made me uncomfortable. He was ignorant about it instead of being empathetic. He refused to fill a statement regarding my accommodations at work, even though I shared the letter from my Doctor regarding it. Waste of time!
