Would give negative stars if possible Had the most unpleasant overall experience from profoundly sub par and aggressive personnel.Long delays at check in and check out, false damage claims and damage accusations and apologies when confronted for evidence. Save yourself the agony and go elsewhere.

Rude attitude from an incompetent employee

Rude attitude from an incompetent employee. I complained about it and they didn't charge me the $120 rental even though I asked them not to do that and I wanted to communicate my complaint formally to a higher manager, but the branch manager said that not charging me would be the most they can do. I've rented with Enterprise before and I was satisfied but this branch had showed me that I should take my business somewhere else.

I just finished renting the car from them for 2 days the people that were very pleasant courteous and the vehicles were very well priced I would certainly recommend them especially the fact they are willing to pick you up from a different location

I called in with an ussualy request today, I am glad Allen took my call! Problem solved and met my needs ASAP. I really appreciate the customer service that he provided me today.. It makes planning my vacation less stressful! Thank you Allen!
