This restaurant was the worst. We just got chicken byriani and first of all it taste like a crap like someone just mixed rice with dry chicken;one container had shredded chicken and another container only had two small pieces of chicken and a bone. It’s so unfortunate that some Indian restaurant doesn’t maintain quality and quantity and this one was the worst of all. I will never eat or recommend these place to anyone .

The customer service here is very poor now. They used to have a guy at lunch time a few months ago who was very good, but now the new one is so bad. Also be careful when you pay for your food, because they enter a different/higher price than it's on the menu, and it's not accidentally, they do it on purpose.

Horrible experience with Fatima Restaurant in Castleridge. This is one of our favourite restaurants to go to until today. Chicken seekh kabab was raw, mutton biryani stale with 3 small pieces of meat all dried up and black. This is what biryani looks like the next day for leftovers. Chicken biryani had one neck piece and one small thigh piece rest was all rice. Not looking for compensation but truly disappointed. Poor service.We reserved our table and came 10 mins before the time of reservation and they told us they have given it to someone else.And they actually tried to send us to a different restaurant.
