I went to this restaurant on Sunday July 12, 2015 during my visit to Calgary Stampede. We went on the Saturday to order 2 dozens of meat pie which my friend has been raving about and we knew we had to come back on the Sunday to try their food. I ordered the Amala with gbegiri soup and fried chicken, Asun and suya. the 4 other people that I went all enjoyed their meal. So I will be returning when i'm back in town. The ambience was also bright & clean. They need to put soap in the bathroom though
Worst restaurant I've been to in Calgary. My friend wanted to try a different type of cuisine so we ended up going to this restaurant which serves Nigerian food. The restaurant is very small with only maybe 5 tables. Service was EXTREMELY slow. There was only one other guest in the restaurant with us but they took forever serving. I will definitely will NEVER return to this restaurant and I hope others don't make the same mistake I have of going in the first place.

Flavours Restaurant joins only a handful of restaurants in Calgary serving cuisine from African countries, specializing in Nigerian dishes. Grilled meats and fish covered in aromatic spices feature heavily on the menu, with flavoured rice, fried plantain and sautéed vegetables as sides. Flavours has been known to make beautiful cakes for catering events, but for an everyday meal, finish it off with Puff Puffs, or what the owner affectionately refers to as “Nigerian Timbits”.
