Very sensitive to critisism

Yellow Pages monitors reviews so I can't tell you what I really think of Floral Delivery Calgary. I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Grower Direct that was delivered by Floral Delivery Calgary. When I phoned FDC to comment on the poor delivery service, Heather there customer service person said they were not interested to hear what I had to say. She then tore a strip off of me for phoning and then hung up. They do not accept criticism well so save yourself the trouble of calling.

Better Flower Places

This company does not care about its customer. They are rude and don't care to call you before or after not being able to reach you if your not home or unable to get to the door. They should make more effort to make sure the flowers get to the customer.
