    We bought a couch from extreme furniture in 2016. A year of owning our couch I noticed rips appearing in between the seats, I contacted the store and they informed me the warranty only covers the frame of the couch. From there they informed me to fix the couch they would need to replace the two outside seats completely. In addition, we noticed the lack of stuffing on one seat compare to the others. We spent $3,400 on this single couch!! I am completely disappointed with the quality of this couch

    I bought a dining set from these people in October 2018 and I am still dealing with them on June 2019 due to their awful business conduct. I ordered a dining set that came to my door in rough condition and it was the wrong set. I asked them to discount it and I’ll still keep it. They offered me only 5% I didn’t accept it. The second is also broken and has a line coming through the surface. I negotiated the price and kept it but they sent a new surprise bill. They keep arguing and own no resp

    Horrible experien...

    Horrible experience from the day they delivered the wrong furniture till now . The furniture they are somehow allowed to sell is strictly for looks not for functionality or durability..If you have any questions please don't hesitate to e-mail me before you purchase anything from that place.

    Everyone makes mistakes. The important thing is to not make the same mistake twice. At Furniture Extreme we learn from our history and do what we can to correct mistakes. The original order was the leather version of a sofa bed that was ordered and not the fabric version. Whether it was the consultants mistake or the purchasers is not here nor there. When it came to Furniture Extreme's attention that there was a mistake everything was done to make things right. Not only did we allow the consumer to keep the sofa bed until the new one came, we also had the new sofa bed to them in less than 10 days. If keeping the wrong sofa bed for 10 days is a terrible experience then we at Furniture Extreme apologize for doing what we could to make things right in as short of a time period as possible
