High Street Dental

We are a family of 5 and have been going here for years, well not anymore. The dentists are great but the front reception staff are a nightmare. They do not make you feel comfortable, and to them all they see is dollar signs. Unfortunate that I have to switch dentists because of the front staff:(

I had my wisdom teeth taken out at Highstreet Dental. The dental staff did a great job at keeping me calm as i was very nervous to get this done. Dr.Jeff is amazing with needles as I could barely feel them. And as for pulling the teeth (which I was previously referred to an oral surgeon by another dentist), Dr. Jeff ensured I was comfortable the whole time and I had a great healing process afterwards and went to work the next day only experiencing discomfort for a day or two.

Worst dental practise ever! I had to cancel an appointment a few hours before the appointment, as I couldn't take the time off from work! Well, it was like pulling teeth how dare I cancel and being talked down to from a very young immature voice! I was extremely annoyed by this treatment and just bluntly asked to call me back to rebook some time. That call never happened. About a year later I'm in agony with a toothache, called for an appointment and they advised I could not be a patient there.

wost place ever

Worst place ever! Not only did they make a transaction on my credit card that was not aurthorized by me for a visit that I never went too, they havent called me back to resolve the issue! Worst service ever!!!!
