once again international motor cars has saved the day. i needed an ancient part the other guys just couldnt seem to figure out. melissa, the parts manager, took things over. found my part, expedited the shipping now i can finish the job. i dont come to calgary often and hate the driving. brandt in service actually took the time on his own lunch break to deliver the part to me so i wouldnt have to take glenmore! couldnt ask for better service or a more knowledgeable staff to get what i need

Avoid this place at all costs. A very deceitful dealer. Out of date AMVIC inspections that re-dated upon sale. Very rude people that think they are above all other dealers.

Just recently bought Suzuki Parts from Melissa in Parts, she was great to deal with also because I'm out of town I got my parts shipped to me in a timely matter shorter time that what she said. I highly recommend her for all your Suzuki Parts needs. ?

Just had my BMW serviced here at International Motor Cars, a friend of mine recommended them to me as she had a great experience here as well. I highly recommend Brant in Service and the rest of the service crew they took excellent care of my vehicle and got me back on the road. Wow I'm Impressed!

Wow I'm so impressed by the staff at International Motor Cars. I was planning on taking a trip cross country and they took such good care of my Suzuki to make sure it's 100% ready for the trip. Very impressed and they treated me very well. I will be back again and I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Thanks again!

Donny is the man! I was in a situation where I needed a show car for picking up my clients. He helped me choose a BMW 2011 that would be most suitable for my needs. I honestly didn't think my credit would be high enough to get such a nice, reliable car- however, Donny got me approved right away. I am so grateful for the help I received at International Motor Cars. They are all professional yet super down to earth employees that work there, and prompt with catering to all my needs.

I have never experienced such an awesome car dealership before. the sales staff were very accommodating and respectful. I asked the manager about all the bad reviews and I was expecting a negative response but we talked for 10-15 min about there issues. He was very smart and helpful and didn't act like he was better than me. I would defiantly recommend this dealer ship to anyone looking for something exotic.

Disappointing customer service

Very disappointing experience which ended with me not buying a car that I very much wanted to purchase (Porsche 911). The issue centered around my wanting to put a deposit on the car but have the deal be subject to inspection/test drive. I was told initially this was not an option though it seems there may have been some misunderstanding over this. I was very willing to work it out and complete the deal but it culminated in the owner verbally attacking/bullying me in front of my wife and child. Given the performance from the owner, I decided I could not comfortably pursue the deal any further. I'm not the kind to burn bridges so, despite the inexplicable behaviour from the owner, on my way out I went into his office to shake his hand, apologize for the misunderstanding but let him know I was no longer interested in the car. At this point he started verbally attacking me again at which point I promptly burned the bridge and left. Too bad. They have some nice stock but have no idea how to be courteous. If they're like this pre sale with a prospective customer, I would hate to have to resolve an issue with them post sale.
