Kherani Dental at Aspen

From the first phone call with Deeray, to my first visit at the office I found the customer service to be excellent. They are in Aspen mall and share a lobby with other medical offices which is very convenient. I am in the dental field and would recommend this dental clinic.

The office is beautiful and very clean, however the front end staff are extremely rude and unaccomadating therefore I will be going elsewhere.

Great Office

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. The doctors and staff were very friendly and very professional. I will certainly recommend them to my family and friends. Another good point is the location, they are in a health building that also offers many other professional services.

Nice office, Poor Service, Horrible Experience!

Although this is a nice office and location for a dental practice, that is the extent of the positives. The main administrative lady (who may be also an owner) has a tendency to perform a constant "hard sell" for, which we believe was, unnecessary dental work. We were also charged undisclosed fees at the time of visit, which were not covered by our employer dental benefits, which resulted in significant out of pocket expenses. For a middle-class family trying to make ends meet, we just don't have the time or resources to dispute this. We will probably just move our business to Aspen Dental Care, less than two minutes away.
