Extremely disappo...

Extremely disappointed with the quality of the work preformed! I have a heated windshield with rain sensors thus the windshield costs a lot, so I was expecting the job to be done well. The window was not installed in the right position - there was a quarter inch gap at the top and the window wipers no longer worked because they installed the rain sensor incorrectly. So I had to return for a second 3 hour appointment to have it fixed, when I came to pick up the vehicle they had just fixed the rain sensor and not the quarter inch gap at the top. At this point I was irate, to their credit they promised to fix it in an hour. So to total that up I spent 7 hours getting a windshield replaced and it still is not that good of a job (small gap at the top). I will never use this shop again. P.S. I should have heeded the advice my parents gave, as they had a horrendous experience here too, having to return 3 times.
