Called for service in the morning with leaking furnace and a representative (Brandon) came to the house just after lunch. Introduced himself and inspected the furnace. Happened to be a back up of condensation from the AC coil. Inspected the coil cleaned the drains and checked subsequent operation. All was good and just need to watch it in the future. Provided me with cost estimates for a new coil and new on demand water heater for future reference. Very professional and recommend! Thanks

Brian came to give us a quote on air conditioning. He sent the quote in a timely manner and was available for any follow up questions. Very friendly and he even gave recommendations to minimize the units to be installed

Tyler from Knight Plumbing was very helpful and addressed all our needs for a plumbing inspection. 100% satisfied with the work he did .
Top notch service. Dan was just here to replace my kitchen tap. He was on time, courteous, the work was done quickly and he cleaned up after he was done. Excellent service all around
Furnace broke down and called Knight. They sent a technician promptly. Right at the beginning I told the technician to check the air flow through vents. Instead he changed sensor and igniter $ (135+210). Did not work. Then he told me that limit switch is at fault. I told him to check the blower first. He did and found that motor was not working correctly. Changed the motor $ 540. I told him to put back old sensor and igniter and he obliged. Furnace started working normally. Charged $940 for all.
Colin was professional, polite and completed the requested work in a timely manner. We have used Knight Plumbing several times and will continue to do so.

Colin (the technician) came by on a short notice on a holiday to replace my hot water tank that had run a leak. He was very professional and very easy to deal with. The cost was explained to me before the work started. Colin performed exactly what he said he was going to do and also made some recommendations he had on few piping configurations I have in my house. Overall good experience.

Furnace High Limit Switch Issue
My furnace high limit switch was kicking off and forcing a cycle of my furnace and digital thermostat to shut down then reboot up. This was preventing my furnace from reaching the desired temperature in the house.
Tommy from Knight completed an assessment and determined that the furnace filter needed to be changed. Instead of up selling me,kept my costs low. I will call on Knight / Tommy the next time and they will get their money back in spades. Thank you

I had a seat the was stripped in my 50+ year old bathtub faucet. I tried to get it out myself no joy. I called Knight who I have used for multiple jobs and they had Jay at my door within the hour. He was courteous and helpful. Explained my options after doing his inspection. The fix was a log shot but Jay made it work. He gave me a few pointers for future care and the price was reasonable. Thanks Jay!
