Condo docs are obtained from a 3 rd and 4 th party for exorbitant fees and can only be downloaded. I don’t trust the site or care to share my Cr Crd info. Each layer charges a fee for every doc e.g. $52 for disclosure,$20 for each months minutes. In addition an arbitrary undisclosed charge of $17.95 for 42 days.Most PMs only charge if docs are urgent, RECA site says expect a nominal fee.My Assigned Manager will not engage except to send me to the site.BTW Condo fees $392 monthly!! Outrageous!

Being a property ...

Being a property management company, their management clearly has not intention of providing satisfied service to their tenants or owners of the condos. Our storage room got broken into, and all of our personal belonging was stolen,the technician and the call agent did their job and showed their empathy of our experience, we appreciated their service. However, the management and the office clerks clearly just DON'T CARE.No follow ups and action taken. Very disappointed.

Worst management ...

Worst management company ever!!!! Our condo fees went up 40% without notice. They took the new condo fees out of our accounts and the notice arrived two days after. We go weeks without garbage pick up. I would love to show photos of the garbage pilled up with mice and birds all over the parking lot. They change managers weekly and they have no clue what they are doing. They cannot manage their office how can you expect them to manage your property.

bad management and zero customer respect

This is the company, when you work with, you feel condescending attitude towards you! Disorganized and disrespectful people who try to take advantage of customers. They managed our condo for two years and our condo fee increased from 240 to 410$ in two years. you ask why? because all the maintenance people that they send did not want do do their work! everyone avoided responsibility! we eventually changes our company now feel more respected! there are more alternatives and i would recommend to use alternatives!
