    I have seen Brett with help from Kara for a couple of issues, and they have been excellent. Just excellent. As are the front desk staff, especially Taylor. Brett and Kara are experts in their fields and are willing to be innovative with the exercises they give you to accommodate your special needs. I highly recommend this clinic.

    I have been going to momentum Creekside for over two years. everyone has been incredible. the front staff, the physio therapists I saw in the past and Kristen who I regularly see now. When I have needed to cancel or change appointments there has never been any issues. Kristen has even come in before her shift to accommodate me when I have changed appointments. I cant say enough great things about everyone I have ever encountered here.

    Was happy with treatment there, however life happens. I have waited well over 10-15 for a therapist past my appointment time. I was running late about 10 minutes and they told me to turn around and go home. They can make me wait but they can't be somewhat flexible? Not impressed

    Hi Steph, I agree that is unacceptable. We try to accommodate late patients to the best of our ability, unless it means we are then late for all patients for the rest of the day. But most times we put blocks in the schedule to catch up. Occasionally we get emergency patients that we have to accommodate in addition to a busy schedule. I am pleased that you were happy with the medical care and I am very sorry you had to wait 10-15 minutes. Please email us so that I can offer you an apology and compensation for your troubles.
