Moores Suit People

The suit I needed wasn't available in my size the day I came in. Despite this, my customer consultant Harmanvir accurately sized me up using available clothes so I could place a timely order. There was trouble supplying the right size suit pants, but each step of the way Harmanvir kept me in the loop and arranged for the best possible outcome. In the end she got me exactly the right size, and was a delight to work with. It's rare to have someone work so proactively for my benefit.

Went in looking for a basic suit for a funeral. Hadi offered to help me which I was thankful for at first. Unfortunately he then proceeded to try and up-sell me on multiple dress shirts and ties. I get that he's just doing his job, but I was in mourning and his aggressive sales tactics were very insensitive to my situation. I ended up leaving and finding a suit at a different Moores.
