The concern they have is not for the patient. It is how to make money, by billing our health care system for unnecessary follow-up visits, when there is nothing wrong with the patient. They are always writing prescriptions so they can bill extra for that as well.These prescriptions are quite often not needed for the patient. My Mom ended up in the Emergency Department of a hospital as a result. She became very sick on 2 separate occasions due to 2 doctors from this clinic. Stay away!

Too many mistakes with myself and my Senior Mother.

The receipients and Dr. Zhang seemed to be very nice and professional. It’s my first time visiting a clinic in this city and I felt welcomed. I don’t know about others but my visit wasn’t a bad experience.

Drs are unorganized and uninformed about outside procedures (mine gave me all of the wrong information about getting certain tests done at the hospital) and the front staff can be very rude/short. They are generally unhelpful and misleading.

Awful experience as a walk-in! The doc did not take my blood pressure, temperature anything just ask me if I had any cold symptoms and just wait until the symptoms get worse ?! My first time ever and last for sure!

Dr. Zhang is no good. Go in with a super high fever, coughing up a lung and in pain. He told me To lose weight and then he could do something to help. Ridiculous, never go here!!!

Got judged for taking anti depressants here...

The reception staff was quite friendly and helpful. I went there to get a repeat refill on my prescription. I had brought in the THREE existing, almost-emptied, prescribed cream and lotions. Then I met with Dr Zhang. He was friendly enough, but then he gave me a prescription form that he had to cross out on several items. There were at least five mistakes. I then later found out that one item was prescribed as an ointment instead of lotion. 3 ITEMS. Such basic mistakes!!!

Dr. Charlie Zhang the best family doctor, I am sure of that. He cares he really cares and is willing to go out of his way to ensure quality service.

I consider myself extremely lucky to have Dr Kyi as my family doctor. Very kind and considerate. She takes the time to listen. She is excellent and personable... She truly cares about her patients and treats them like family... WE LOVE Dr Kyi!

I went for an app...

I went for an appointment here yesterday to review my medical test results. My appointment time was 10am and I was there punctually, but the doctor saw me only at 10:50 am. Also no explanation or apology was offered for the delay. I wonder why they had an appointment system at all? Also, they charged me $5 for a copy of my medical report. My time is precious to me just as the doctor's time is precious to him. I am looking to change my family doctor.

I have been to this clinic twice now, and each time have had HORRIBLE experiences!! First time I went in due to having a miscarriage, Dr. Yonan! I asked her to check my cervix and she gave me the most disgusting look and told me she doesnt do that stuff She gave me absolutely no encouraging words that your physician should, and she made my child leave the room (she was 1 at the time) I went in again today and she once again left me hanging, did nothing for me and treated me like dirt!
