Worst customer service.. marina, the manager is horrible.. not happy with the service as they did not forward my claim to my insurance. I called my insurance and they told me they never received anything from them.took me 3 months of waiting..and still no update. (Not even a call from them) I told the manager, i will just get my money back since i never get any of the shoes.. and she said she will only give $200 out of my $1000. i would not recommend this store..

I've a customer with Ortho Medical Supplies for over a year and always receiver a good customer service, no complains. Love this place, one the best, and will go back next year!

Very bad costumer service.Marina the manager was very rude.she better not be in that business if she dont know how to be nice to the costumer.never go into this store very terrible.

They have the most unprofessional manager I have ever met. Definitely the worst customer service. I will never ever recommend anyone to visit this place.
