I brought in a white gold necklace to have a new clasp put on. The lady I was dealing with told me that the cost would be $60 so I went ahead with the work order. We just received an email that the chain is now ready for pickup and to call them. Once we called them they now told us that the repair was going to be around $150 instead which is almost 3 times the amount we were quoted and were told the lady we were dealing with didn’t know what she was talking about. Stay away from this store/brand
