My Facial was good (minus the practitioner needing to cut her long finger nails and she was coughing throughout my Facial, without saying excuse me) My massage by Andrew was horrible! His demeanor really made me feel super uncomfortable from the start of my "Massage" He used excessive pressure force and as a result I got a pinched nerve in my shoulder. Spa takes NO Responsibility!
