Sunday June 13, 2021 at approx 215pm, went in for a simple exchange. We were second in line. 25 minutes later, we remained second in line. There were about 4 workers trying to figure out 2 returns... There were many other workers and Tills available (which are able to make returns) but the return line just continued to grow longer.
So many staff members doing nothing!
Some staff were excellent.
Some of the staff seem really nice and good workers. But, a lot of the older staff appear
