!!!STAY AWAY!!! Brought my transmission to get it fixed for my RV. I had it removed by one shop and rebuilt by quality transmissions, then reinstalled by original shop. After the job was done, the transmission was leaking and the speedometer no longer worked. I called them and they told me to speak to the shop who installed it (passing the blame on them) So I brought it to the original shop and they confirmed the pan gasket was leaking due to a bad seal. (Cork) They provided me with photos and a

If I could offer a black hole of stars as a rating, it would not accurately convey the abyss of incompetence and shockingly inappropriate behaviour I encountered at this purported "mechanic shop" This was not just a bad experience; it was downright traumatic.

When your coming in to pay a bill of over $1200 the last thing you need is someone being ignorant. I don’t have an issue with the work that was done just the attitude that was given for no good reason. What is the need for making someone feel worse when things are tough already. Maybe a humanity check would help your bottom line.

Do not go here. I paid to have my transmission replaced. I have had to take it back 5 times. They flushed it out with varsol and after two visits replaced the torque converter. still had problems with shifting and overheating. They said that the shifting and overheating was because the vehicle needed a transmission cooler and a tune up. I paid 800 more for that work. After the 10,000 km warranty the transmission died. Paid 2142.00 more and found they had installed the wrong torque converter. No

    Junk

Transmission has not upshifted properly since it was installed. It has never downshifted without coming to a full stop. The case is always wet from small leaks. Warranty was refused. This business is very poor choice for this product.

If the transmission was bought brand new and installed through us, we do offer a one year warranty covering parts and labour. If a second hand transmission was installed, we cannot warranty the parts, but we still do warranty labour for 90 days. If you fall into either of these two categories, we are more then happy to take a second look. Hope you can get the issues resolved. Thanks Quality Transmission

Pray that you get home in one piece

Transmission repaired 5 times < 20000k mileage and its dead. The first time I didn't make it home blew a seal less than 1km away 2nd lasted about 8000k before it started slipping then blewy 3rd about 1000k then blewy 4th requested a different transmission but probably not then blewy 5th said it out of warranty 6months or 15000k but it was under 15000k according to there own records and 3months into it 6th started slipping 3000k later warranty up NOT SO Quality Transmission has my 2.2 grand and my car is toast My advice is just to buy another car Most mechanics are incompetent to diagnose problems because they rely on computer diagnostics not skill Once they have your money don't expect any solid warranty reliable transmission.

Sorry to hear that you had to deal with so many issues. We do warranty our labour for 90 days. But parts warranty depends on many different circumstances. Whether new or used etc... We are always more than happy to help solve any issues. If in any way we can make your experience better, please do not hesitate to get in contact. Thanks, Quality Transmission
