Rapid Brake & Muffler Centres

I find that they are very easy to work with, as others have said: nice guys. I have had 3 wheel alignments done on 3 different vehicles. The work is fast and reasonably priced. Will be going back even though it is on the other side of the city from me. As for the one bad review where the ABS sensor was broken - it happens all the time during brake/hub repair no matter how careful you are - I know, I have done it and unfortunately ABS sensors are expensive.

I have dealt with Tom on many occasions for work on my truck and for advise on new vehicle purchases . He has always exceeded my expectations in service and has always treated me fairly in cost . I have recommended him to many people I know and would we recommend him to anyone. He was also someone who was recommended to me. I would and will continue to deal with Tom without hesitation.

Beware of Rapid Brake !

I find Mr. Tom Nguyen is a very deceitful mechanic at Rapid Brake. I doubt that he has any loyal customer. I brought my vehicle in to have the hub bearing replaced because I trusted he has the knowledge/skill to do the job correctly (mistake #1). We had a verbal agreement on the estimate of the job (mistake # 2). Well he managed to replaced the hub bearing but also managed to break my abs sensor at the same time and overcharged me on the labour (33% more) w/out offer to fix the abs. Stay away!
