Safeway Aspen Landing

Great store. Only people who are mad post reviews so I can say that that this store’s rating is not representative of the services and the employees that provide them at this location.

I ordered my Sons wedding cake from Aspen Glen Landing Safeway, they did a fantastic job, it was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers. All the guests said it tasted delicious which it did. Thank you, well done.

I am always at this store, its my go to for most days lunch and my premium foods. But when ever Ive been there recently, the tension is palpable. People that work there have lunch in the public spaces ( cant you afford break rooms Safeway) and all these staff do complain. If I had kids, they wont come here. Rude, belittling and downright childish. Whats worst off All, it is all the managers. Dont get me started on self checkout, which is bad. Then there is western union. Sorry closed. For years

The deli at this Safeway is the most disappointing deli in the city. When they have spring rolls, your lucky if they have any sauce for it. I also wish they would consider getting some bbq, plum, and sweet n sour sauces for their chicken fingers. I even spoke with the manger in that dept. Nothing has improved. If anything, got worse. Disappointing!!!

The department head Tracy for fried/prepared foods I.e. wedges, wings and etc. Has no idea what she is doing. Zero sense of customer service. I was there today waiting to place my order when no body bothered to show up to the counter for about 15minutes. She walked by me 4 times and failed to acknowledge me. All it takes is "someone will be right with you" ... As a head she should be given more training.
