Its Burger Fest entry is The Grilled Cheese... Burger. A real beauty, its locally raised ground beef patty is bathed in sweet-and-spicy sauce and nestled between grilled-cheese-style locally baked potato bread. Also in there, are sweet pickles, caramelized onions and three cheeses – cheddar, Havarti and mozzarella. Dip-able mustard and ketchup are served on the side.
