My time at Sierra Dental was excellent! Things are run efficiently and considerately there. I had 2 cavities to take care of and they were done within an hour or less. Dental appointments can feel stressful and cause pain, but I felt little worry and was reassured many times that my teeth were looking good as the filling progressed. It’s nice knowing that I’m in trusted hands. Thanks Sierra Dental!
The dentist are good. However the front-line staff are snobbish and rude. They say they have submitted insurance claims when they haven't and tell you they will get back to you and don't. Based on the service of the front-line staff I do not recommend this office. Go to an office were your business is appreciated.
I was a new patient at Sierra and found it strange that they took some head shot pictures and mouth pictures at my first appointment. The photos were free and not xrays but regular digital pictures. The assistant loaded all my images into the computer and went over each one with me. I was astonished to see my posture, neck muscles, mouth and teeth all on the screen in front of me. It was like a giant wake up call! Now i can see exactly what is happening in my body and am able to make better health decisions. If you like to understand what is going on in your mouth, this is the office for you. Ill post photos of my mouth to show you.
I had my first new patient exam and cleaning at Sierra Studio and have never expereinced anything like it before in my previous dental experiences. They have the newest technology which I have never seen before and they did things I have never experience before that is very leading edge. They explained all of the procedures they were performing very thoroughly and always asked me if I had any questions about what they were doing. The cleaning procedure by the hygienist was the best cleaning I have ever had. They came by highly recommended from a friend and now I know why. First class all the way from the minute you walk in the door until you get in your car to leave. I felt like a person at Sierra instead of a number like the other dental offices that I have been to.
After reading an article that Dr. Knebel wrote about chronic headaches i was skeptical but decided to go see him in hopes of getting some relief from my migranes. Three weeks later i was feeling better and had hope for the first time. My quality of life changed and i am so thankful. I never knew how much my back, neck and head could get relief from correcting my jaw. Thank you. Highly recomended and worth every penny
The office is located in Signal Hill Centre & I love the convenience of easy parking & the ability to shop at WINNERS and other stores while my kids are being seen. The office is always impeccably clean and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and it doesn’t feel like a dental office. I have always been scared of the dentist but my fears are totally gone now. Comfort is important to the doctor and they explain procedures so that I really understand why I need a treatment done and how it will help my health. They have technology that I have never seen in other offices and even my kids like going. This is a first class practice, I highly recommend Sierra.
