Spectacular Eye Care Ltd

I've been seeing Dr. Delong for over 6 years. She has been excellent. Unfortunately I had an awful experience today with one of her associate doctors. She was extremely rude and took all the other patients in before me even though we all had the same appointment time. (They screwed up on the booking time on their end). I was very frustrated as this is a pay per use service. I walked out and will not be going back. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Terrible. Dr. Susan Wong taunted me "If you continue to wear your contacts I will never renew your prescription". I had no choice, I don’t have glasses and contacts were past their expiry. After trying & failing to get a renewed prescription twice I went to Calgary Vision Centre - they told me my eyes were healthy, gave me new contacts immediately (which work awesome), had better technology, & didn’t make me pay an extra $40 to use their “special machine”.

Spectacular Service and Care

I've been a Patient of Dr. Delong's at Spectacular Eye Care for 5 years... She is very good at making sure that my Eye Health is taken care of and has educated me on the proper care and usage of my contact lenses... I recently started to have eye fatigue from spending so much time on the computer and booked an appointment with Dr. Delong and I ended up purchasing a beautiful pair of Fysh Glasses with Transition Lenses and it took care of the eye fatigue and I learned that I'm actually protecting my eyes from dangerous glare similar to what Florescent lights give off which was making them sore and tired... They feel great and I can't believe how many compliments I get on my Glasses... Great sunglasses for winter... Keep up on regular Eye Appointments is the best thing I can do for the Health of my Eyes... I only have one pair... Alex
