This store is extremely unprofessional. I tried to collect my money from having sold clothing however I missed the deadline to collect by 4 months due to health issues. I was treated with disrespect and was asked to stop calling the store (I called 2X trying to get a hold of “Dave.”). I was told my account was closed and they refused to give me my money. They change their rules all the time to suit them, they put out only a few items then donate the rest (even Aritzia and LuLu). Very dishonest.

BEWARE this business keeps your store credit if you haven’t been in for a year. They call it” Zeroing Out” for accounting purposes. You are NOT notified!!!

Childrens clothes are so easy to find in Sproutz Kids. They are on racks according to size, with enough space to shop. Its also nice to know the owner donates clothes to charities. There is also quite a lot of variety to choose from in the kids clothes section (for my grandchildren)and the staff are always ready to help.
