I book my cleaning appointments 6 months in advance. On saturday April,30 2016 i went in to get my cleaning done the hydgenist refused to do my polish after the cleaning, when i asked her why she didnt do the polish she said the office is closing in 10 mins ans i cant do it, i asked her why how long dose it take she said about 10mins, but i cant do it. When i went to the front i told the reception that i wasnt impressed with my cleaning she askes why i told her what happened, shes like wow ur not the first person to complian today about this. So im waiting for a manager to call my by Tuesday. Another thing i got surveys for my two kids that also had appontments that same day but they disnt send me one to tell them how my service was!!! Not immpressed at all!!!

great location, drop my kid off, grab a coffee down the mall and walk around a bit and come back when he's all done. Very friendly staff at the reception and a great doctor too!
