On three occasions, I visited the TD Castleridge branch to withdraw funds from my son's RESP account for his education expenses. Unfortunately, I faced difficulties with the service from both the on-duty staff and the branch manager. Despite making multiple visits, I encountered conflicting instructions from different staff members, which caused confusion and frustration. When I tried to address these issues, my concerns were not acknowledged, and I was refused further assistance.
The customer service was amazing, made a withdrawal and I was not pressured with incriminating questions while just trying to take out money I worked for. 10/10 branch would definitely recommend.

Lies, lies, lies. If a branch were to top the list for Bad Customer Service, TD Castleridge would definitely win the title. I did a wire Transfer almost a month ago and one of the employees screwed it up. There was no update given to me - no e-mail, no phone call. I walk in to the branch and she says the money will be in your account in two days. I waited for another week and nothing. A Customer Rep called me this morning and instead of accepting their mistake, spoke rudely. AVOID THIS BRANCH!!
