We had a problem with an app on our phone loading into the system on our car and received unbelievable customer service from Karan at this Telus store. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and polite. Our issue was resolved with the best customer service that we've received in a very long time! Thank you Karan!

Does anyone ever pick up a phone any more? This is a phone company and all one gets is a confusing message. It is suggesting I can pick up my messages....I assume this is for employees that work at your store. Further, if I do not have the number of the employee I want to talk with then I am out of luck. Suggest you review your message and make it more explicit even if it only allows me to leave my name and number.
