First visit but I will be back! I received superior customer service from Chloe today. She proved herself to be knowledgeable, informed, helpful and very courteous and personable! It was my good fortune to have her to deal with as mine was a reasonably complicated transaction yet Chloe breezed through the process seamlessly. I will be back.

Staff were incompetent and became upset with me when I asked for help. One individual yelled at me and blew me off when I asked for an explanation of a shipping process so I could ensure my package would make it on time. In short, they weren't helpful, were not aware of UPS international shipping processes. My package was successfully shipped to its destination without their help. I'll use a different courier next time; perhaps one that won't yell at me when I ask for help.

This is a reach-out to Will at the Kensington UPS Store, once again, for delivering and exceeding our expectations, helping us navigate our renewal. Very helpful towards the terms on our renewal, allowing us to extend our box rental when other options were also on the table. We can truly appreciate his care for his customers and how this contributes to a sense of community to which we feel we can all belong. Thanks & we look forward to sharing in the journey ahead!

The UPS store in Kensington, Calgary, Alberta Canada is excellent. The staff are courteous, offer very professional service and willing to go the extra mile to meet time lines. All printing orders have been completed accurately and on time. The finished product is of high quality and dependably accurate. Highly recommended - my first choice for all printing and copying.
