Worst customer service. First time they gave me 4 Large French vanilla half full. Since they were for somebody i felt so embarrassed and then no apology even! Second time had ordered jalapeño bagel drive through they gave me croissant with egg. No apologies again!!!!! And when I went in they were out of jalapeño bagels. Worst worst service

The worse drive-tru ever!!! It took us 30 mins to get 2 orger of coffee including line up. Customer service sucks!!!

Well I go to this...

Well I go to this Tim Hortons often because of the atmosphere and drinks. Every time I enter, I always feel as if they are lacking donuts especially the timbit options. Today, my niece and nephew wanted the "raspberry vanilla" donut because they love the jelly inside. We bought one to cut in half. When we did, we were soooooo shocked to see that there was not even a tablespoon of jelly inside. My niece and nephew did not even finish the donuts. My sister and I were soooo disappointed that we even took a picture as proof Cannot believe a "raspberry vanilla" donut doesn't even have raspberry jelly inside... Just super disappointed
