U-Haul Moving & Storage at Barlow Trail

I rented the U-Haul for one night to move some furniture, returned the vehicle, and went on my way. (Terrible customer service, but whatever. The job got done) I called the next day after realizing I had left a new in box Chromecast in the truck, and asked if they would mind checking for me. I was told they would check and get back to me. I ended up calling 12 more times, getting the same answer from them. Its been a month now and I never heard back from them. Im sure nobody actually checked.

Worst experience ever. manager doesn't know to talk to customers answering in rude way placing fake charges on customers card and not even informing and when customer calls for inquiry customer service opens a case and managers without giving a call closes down a case saying customer agreed to pay charges.

The manager here is really great amd very helpful, but I have 24 hour access to storage and there is always someone returning a vehicle and parks it there in the middle of the entrance so you can't leave. It's like being kidnapped by someone that is too dumb to even notice. This for aire needs to be fixed as this is now the third time this week that this has happened. I'm not a fan of sleeping here anymore, so maybe put up a aign that says something like, "Hey moron, this is a laneway, not a parking spot!"
