Uptown Pizza

The restaurant appears to be under new ownership/management and has really gone down hill quickly the past few weeks. The new people are rude, have started over-charging me & the service & product have both gone down and there is rarely food ready for quick pick-up and they close early at will. There are days when they simply don't have any food??? It's gone from a 4 star to a 1 star restaurant in under 2 months I'm afraid. Hopefully the old staff & Owner R just on holiday & coming back soon

Extremely unproffesional and rude behavior by Mr. Rashid who claims to be the owner of this pizza place. He told me (a customer) to fuck off when I got back to them to show no chicken pieces in a tandoori pizza. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Most Disgusting service.The owner was Rude & misbehaved on phone when i placed the order via Just-eat and used my voucher he said he will not process my Order because Just-eat dint tell him about Voucher? Isnt it ridiculous, and when i told him why your resutrant is even listed on Just-eat then he said I am not bound to follow Just-eat terms and its not my buisness how did I place and Order. In short, I am never gonna try that resturant nor recomend anyone to go there just because of the owner

This is the worst restaurant experience I had in my life I thought they would have been nice and good front desk person was nice and pleasant but the food was worst you can eat in Calgary I ordered few dishes CHAPLI KEBAB AND CHICKEN KARAHI ordered was served on time which was very surprising for me it took them 10 minutes to prepare both I was happy but when I saw food it was tasteless and awful food and on the top of it CHICKEN KARAHI was not chicken it was red meat goat or beaf so
