Visions Electronics Installation Line

I had purchased a sound system from these people over 2 years ago , and it had suddenly stopped working . I called the car audio section of the store and they told me to come stop by so that they could take a look at it . Stef , one of the car audio techs was super accommodating , fixed my issue instantly , not only did he fix the first problem he installed my second sub I bought for my car in the same day . He went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend these people for any car audio!!

I was in the store yesterday 4 people that worked there walked by me not asking if I needed help, then a nice young man seeing stand there he came across the room to help me,I found out his name was Chris Rodgers, thank you for your help and knowledge of your products,now I will return and will definitely ask for Chris on my next visit,

Sadie was very helpful and kind she seems to know how to put a smile on a customers face, I think she is an expert sales person and if I could I would rate this Visions Electronics store ten stars simply because she works there. Excellent customer service!!!

The Best Name in Electronics? Some nerve...

Simply terrible! I would never recommend these guys. The salespeople see you just as a commission cheque and the car audio installers had more attitude than competence. I wasted three days dealing with them and even more cash in the process. I had a stereo system installed in my car back a month ago; I bought the amp from them, but supplied my own speakers and headunit. As soon as I drove off, the amp started malfunctioning. A simple wiring error lead to them claiming the parts I didn't buy from them were bad, and they had the nerve to try and charge me more to fix their mistake. They took days to "fix" the problem, and I took about 1 minute to actually fix it while acting on a hunch. I have never been more insulted as a customer before or since shopping at Visions.
