One of the worst decisions I have ever made. I brought a vintage engagement ring in to be repaired and replace a lost side diamond. The jeweler cracked another side diamond and glued it back together, the setting was poorly patched, the replaced diamond was much smaller than the other side diamonds, and the ring overall was not symmetrical looked botched. Upon asking to meet with him, the owner refused to let me see the ring, verbally abused me, threatened to sell my ring if I did not pay.

I FOUND THE SALES ASSOCIATES VERY FRIENLY AND KNOWLEGABLE!!! THE PRICE IS DECENT AND I LOVE THAT THERE CHAINS ARE NOT HOLLOW GOLD! I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING WITH THEM FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES!!!!

I will never enter this business again.

Don't go near this place its a rip off, poor quality and they don't stand behind their produce. The stones have been falling out of the bracelet we bought and the owner doesn't care.

I will never recommend this terrible place to anyone. The quality of their jewelry is horrifying. I bought a 300 dollar ring for my boyfriend and 2 weeks later it was scratched up when doing simple things like opening up a car door, the manager accused my boyfriend of being a construction worker due to the scratches. The manager is a crook and will steal your money guaranteed. She does not know how to run a business, she has the worst customer service ever. She was very rude on the phone.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! I bought my wife's engagement ring from them about a year and a half ago and it is terrible quality. It has already lost 2 diamonds and when I went to get them replaced they put in a terrible quality diamond which was yellow. My biggest regret is giving them my money in the first place. Don't make my mistake.

Unfortunately it's not possible to give zero stars. Give these guys as wide a berth as possible! You would think with 3 other jewelers within spitting distance in the same mall W Royce would realize the importance of customer service and that a happy customer is a repeat customer; W Royce must have a lot of one-time buyers.
