I wouldnt recommend the self serve car wash here,. you will be surprise of the charge after, compare to a self serve $1 in other car wash gasoline shop. . Be aware ,the charge time starts, the time drive in the bldg., not the time you wash the car, dont waste you money, and get scam.!
Brutal service, $14 in the self-serve bay to do what I can do for $5 (at most) elsewhere. I used the vacuum for 2 min and the sprayer for about 3. Contacted the manager and they seem to think that it is reasonable to be charged as soon as your drive in! Insane. Such a scam. Do not support this place!
I paid $10 for the laser wash on Mar 1/18 and NOT impressed! I ended up having to spend another $3.50 with the wand to get my car clean! I dont like to complain however if there was a way to get a hold of someone at this company that we could have resolved my issues then fine but since there is no one on site, they do not answer their phone and the answering machine is full and the website is down this is a red flag! Dont bother washing your vehicle there folks!
New owners are really fixing things up.
I used to frequent this car wash regularly before ownership was changed. The service I use has always been the drive thru machine wash and always two thumbs up. The quality of wash has gone down hill since the change of hands and also the price has gone up. Last week I was there and it probably will be my last since the wash has left my car covered with a cloudy residue that won't come off after the wash. I had to pay additional money else where to clean it 3x in order to get rid of this odd stain. If they would have an attendant there during open hours to take care of problems arising from their washes, it'll prevent a lot of unnecessary frustrations.
