DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I called this guy to make an appointment for BASIC carpet cleaning for $150.
I said when making the appointment, that I would have someone at the house to let him in, and the carpet cleaner told the person letting him in more than basic needed to be done, and went ahead and started deep cleaning my carpets without calling me and getting my consent or anything!
Then when I found out and called him he freaked on me and hung up on me 3 times and refused to continue the basic carpet cleaning of my carpets.
