KFC

Been here twice and both times bad experience - through the drive through. Went there today and ordered two crispy chicken dinners - same order taker as last bad experience. Pulled up and was told $23.05 so I gave $30.05. She gives me a 5 and then starts counting change. After trying to straighten it out, she storms off. Manager comes and straightens things out until I get home and find out I have 2 boxes of pieces of greasy chicken instead of the chicken burgers I ordered...

Refried day old chicken

I have come here a couple times, everytime I have been through here the drive thru takes atleast 10 minutes to get food. As well the manager is always rude, and does not know what the meaning of customer service is. If there is an error with your order he will tell you it is your fault. He will never take ownership of his mistake! After this last time through I will never go back!

I was an infrequent regular to this establishment and the quality was on par with your typical KFC. However, I feel it is important to note that I had recently been shorted out extra chicken I had ordered on top of a meal and was told by the manager on the phone that it was impossible because he counted it, ripping me off in the process. If you go here, save your receipts and take a picture of your meal before eating if there's an issue, they are not an honest establishment.
