I went for a basic oil change but they didnt didnt have didnt have anything but the more expensive high mileage oil on site. They also broke a latch on the air filter cover. Just a plain terrible experience.

Beware!! if I could leave a 0 rating, I would. My father's car developed a fluid leak immediately after bringing it home from Lube City. My husband searched for the cause and discovered a missing seal, which could only have happened while the fluid levels were being checked at Lube City. The manager argued and denied any fault in the matter, saying they could replace the seal for $80.00!! Needless to say, Cochrane Lube City will NOT be doing any work for our family in the future.
