    I pre-booked a Barrel taxi for Dec 11/22 at 12:15 am. They texted at 12:17 am and said the driver is arriving in a few minutes. Then another text one minute later saying the driver was not able to locate you. No phone call from driver asking if he was in the right place or asking for directions. Don't bother with this firm.

    Normally I don't do this but this taxi company is ridiculous. First I book through their app then they call me and say it dropped a pin in the wrong place and need to cancel wait another 15 mins. 20 mins later guess what still standing there. I call they tell me 2-3 mins. I stood there an hour knowone showed. The guy I talked to on the phone twice was ignorant and very disrespectful. Also never offered any help etc it was pretty much too bad! Anyway call someone else save yourself some grief.

    Terrible customer...

    Terrible customer service. Our vehicle died. So we called barrel taxi. They told us 20 min. 30min later i called back and they said taxi driver called us but we didnt answer. Problem is we never got the call in the first place. All the representitive was saying is that we should answer our calls. Very poor service, wont deal with them again.

    not a good experience

    I ordered this taxi while in Edmonton for the first time, driver took me to some strange Tokyo restaurant I didnt ask for and just dropped us off!!! Not impressed
