We had a furnace installed this past summer that has now quit multiple times leaving our tenants to find a hotel at our cost. They will not respond to requests to repair the system in a timely manner. They are incredibly immature and screen their calls and we have now spent almost as much on emergency repairs to the furnace that the installation costs!
Replaced my furnace and hot water tank in one day. Passed inspection, so no complaints from me. Would recommend.
Got AC installed, doesn't work. At the beginning worked very bad, now just blowing warm air. From last summer was trying to get it fixed with no luck. Lots of promises, nothing done. Going to take that lying guy to the court.
Did some duct work, I was impressed with them. Did a really good job. Only complaint was that they had to cancel on short notice. They came the next day though, which was fine. Other than that, I highly recommend!
Had them install a furnace, and they did a good job. They did it in half the time that the last company did it and for cheaper, so I can't really complain. Nice folks, would recommend.
We have had lots of problems with trades overcharging us, and pressuring us into expensive add-ons. This caused a lot of financial problems for us. Dan was very empathetic to our situation, and did a lot of work for us, significantly cheaper than everyone else. He and his worker (can't remember his name), showed me everything they did, and answered my many questions. They were very quick, and were able to finish the job without dragging it out like most trades. I would highly recommend.
Do NOT use this company! Dan from Clarke came and installed our A/C a few weeks ago. He didn't check that our furnace was working before he left and when we went to turn it on it wouldn't switch from AC To heat! When we called him he said he would come fix- 5 cancellations later and now on to ignoring our calls! He does NOT stand by his work and is extremely unprofessional. Do NOT use him or his GF- he WILL take your money and does not give any warranty if he messes up.
